“I have been taking Julie’s classes for around 10 months now and I have noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility, strength and balance. Julie’s support and encouragement has given me confidence to try postures that I never thought I would be able to do. Any level is welcome at Julie’s classes so even if you have never done yoga before Julie will tailor the postures and sequences to suit the whole class so everyone can move at their own pace. Julie is a great teacher – she is in tune with her students, knows how hard to push you, makes you feel up-lifted and energised and I generally feel happier after attending her class. I have always enjoyed fitness but now I very much view yoga as part of my routine, trying to commit to 3 practices a week and I have Julie to thank for that.
